Woodykiki Shipping Guide

Your Woodykiki portrait is a piece of art, created just for you. Because each illustration is handcrafted with care, our process involves two key stages: Design & Preview and Delivery.

Step 1: Design & Preview

This is where the magic happens! Once you've customized your order — choosing your style, size, and uploading your pet's photo — our artists illustrate, layer, and prepare your portrait with care.

  • Once the 30-minute change and cancellation window has passed, your order is sent to our artists, who will hand-illustrate your pet's portrait and email you a digital preview within about one week.
  • The preview shows the illustration only. The final 3D depth, motion effect, layered background, lenticular lens, and printed finish are added during production and cannot be shown at this stage.
  • At the preview stage, you may request up to 2 rounds of revisions to the illustration, such as adjustments to coloring, expression, or details. Additional revisions beyond this may be subject to an extra fee or declined at our discretion.
  • Please reply to our preview email within 5 days. If we do not receive a response within 5 days, your preview will be considered approved and your order will move into final production automatically. This helps us keep your order on schedule and ensure timely delivery.
  • Once the preview is approved, either by your reply or automatically after 5 days, we will proceed with final production.

Step 2: Delivery

Once you have approved the final artwork, your portrait is carefully printed, framed, and packaged — ready to display the moment it arrives.

When will my portrait arrive?

The estimated delivery window below begins after you have approved your artwork. As each portrait is handcrafted with care, timelines are approximate. During peak holiday seasons, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery.

Where is it shipped from?

To ensure efficient processing, we ship from our global warehouses in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Your order will be dispatched from the optimal location based on current inventory levels — getting your Woodykiki portrait to you as quickly as possible.

Will I face any customs duties, taxes, or import fees?

No, you will not face any extra charges. We believe in transparent, all-inclusive pricing.

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. We cover all customs duties, import fees, and taxes required for delivery. This is also known as a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) shipment.

With Woodykiki, there are absolutely no surprise charges. We handle everything so you can enjoy a seamless and worry-free shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

Important Order Information

  • Cancellations & Order Changes: If you need to cancel your order or update any order details — such as your shipping address, pet photo, size, or product options — please email support@woodykiki.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  • After the 30-Minute Window: After 30 minutes, your order may begin processing. At that point, cancellations and changes — including shipping address updates — may no longer be possible and will be granted only at our discretion.
  • Photo Swaps: To ensure a smooth process for everyone, we may be unable to accommodate requests to swap the original photo after an order has been placed, especially after design work has begun.
  • Military Addresses: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If one is provided, we will contact you for an alternate address or cancel and refund the order.
